Due to the nature of legal advisory services, all payments are considered final once consulting sessions or document preparations commence. This is because our professionals allocate dedicated time and resources tailored specifically for your case.

However, if a client wishes to cancel before any substantive work begins, a full refund may be issued upon written request through our contact form.

In cases where legal work has been partially completed but not delivered, a prorated refund may be issued at companylegalhub's discretion, considering the services rendered.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.

3.2 Information Products

For informational materials or guides sold through companylegalhub, refunds are available within 7 calendar days following receipt, provided the materials have not been fully accessed or downloaded.

Requests for refunds should be submitted via our contact form. Once verified, refunds will be issued back to the payment origin within 10 business days.

3.3 Physical Goods

If applicable, physical goods related to our services may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the client unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Service Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule legal service appointments by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance through the contact form.

Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may not be accommodated and could result in forfeiture of the session fee.
